Controlling Black and White Contrast On A Color Enlarger

Using Ilford Multigrade paper - you can try the following -
but remember each manufactures enlarger will behave differently!

LOW CONTRAST

Grade 0 = approx 110Y
Grade 1= approx 70Y
Grade 2= approx 0M & 0Y

Grade 2.5= approx 30M
NORMAL CONTRAST

Grade 3= approx 45M
Grade 3.5= approx 55M
Grade 4= approx 95M
Grade 5= approx 170M

HIGH CONTRAST

NOTE: These are approximations only - you will have to do a few tests with your own enlarger or email the manufacturer for recommendations!
